I Need A Cleaner was appointed the cleaning contract for the construction phase of Mindyarra Maintenance Centre in Dubbo (NSW), as part of the Transport for NSW Regional Rail Project. The centre will maintain the new Regional Rail fleet once construction is complete.

I Need A Cleaner’s scope includes:

  • Daily cleaning of administration offices, amenities and conference spaces.

  • Daily cleaning of all site facilities including offices, crib rooms and amenities.

  • Environmental infection control measures including touch-point disinfection in accordance with Safe Work Australia recommendations.

  • General housekeeping including maintaining supplies of washroom and crib room consumables.

  • General waste disposal.
