Who we are

I Need A Cleaner (INAC) is a commercial cleaning business based in Dubbo and operating across the Central West region of NSW. Established in 2015, INAC is a family run business, owned and operated by Dean & Kerry Riley.

INAC is 50% Aboriginal owned, with Dean a proud member of the local Wiradjuri community.

A diverse range of commercial cleaning & janitorial services includes small and large office cleaning, construction cleans, windows, floors, pressure washing, rubbish removal, general property maintenance and supply of consumables.

 Commitment to Excellence

What sets us apart from other commercial cleaners is our professionalism, efficiency, innovation and commitment to achieving exceptional outcomes for our clients, our employees and our environment. Put into the simplest terms: In what we do, we genuinely care. And it shows.

 Social Footprint

By responding to the needs of new and established clients this small business continues to grow in capability and reputation. Adhering to the high standards set by Safe Work Australia we have delivered forensic cleans and numerous covid cleans. We have on-going contracts with government and large organisations such as NSW Health and CPB Contractors Pty Ltd among others, delivering environmental infection control solutions in various industries from medical to civil construction.

We are committed to providing a pathway for young Aboriginal people and others who find themselves marginalised in pursuit of meaningful employment. We are currently supported by a team of four permanent and two casual employees, including trainees in cleaning and administration.

  The INAC Difference

Here are some other ways we stand out from the competition:

We use earth and people friendly, non-toxic, safe and effective cleaning products

We can reduce the carbon footprint of your workplace

We tailor our services to our client’s needs and requirements to maximise efficiencies

We undertake regular scheduled cleaning and occasional cleaning as required

INAC team members are all highly trained and have relevant safety & security clearances in place

We offer a large range of ancillary specialist cleaning services (If we can’t do it ourselves, we’ll bring in an expert who can)

We believe that everyone is entitled to a clean, safe and healthy working environment

Proud of our Aboriginal Heritage

This painting depicts the Bakandji tribe gathering around a campfire on the banks of the Darling River in far western NSW. The large ants represent the Elders and smaller ants represent younger members of the tribe. The Elders would gather the tribe together and share their knowledge, teaching the young about spirits, law, kinship and local food sources.
